Some of my meals have been pretty "authentic" Chinese meals. None more than tonight - with beef and noodles served in some sort of nastiness in some random restaurant. Tasted pretty good, even with the nastiness. 
This is my favorite picture that I've taken so far. This little guy was really struggling to get up the hill, which looks much less steep in this picture.
